Here's something interesting I found. You can take a hosts file and import it into BIND format with this:
http://pgl.yoyo.org/adservers/hosts2bind.php

Then use this method to import the zones into a Microsoft DNS server:
Upgrading - Migrating DNS servers from NT4.0, BIND formats that Windows understands:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/en/server/help/sag_DNS_imp_MigrationIssues.htm

Or use SimpleDNSPlus to import/export (Costs $$):

Documents for configuring multihomed Domain Controllers:
These documents contain information about modifying the registry. Before you modify the registry, make sure to back it up and make sure that you understand how to restore the registry if a problem occurs.
http://support.wftx.us/Multihomed_Reg_Fix.txt

Same document as above in Microsoft Word Document format:

The above articles work for Windows 2000 server and Windows Server 2003 and are provided "AS-IS" with no warranties or guarantees and confers no rights.
